Together with a collective of specialist psychologists, I provide non-judgemental support to help you explore the difficulties you’re facing. Wherever you are on the parenting journey, I help you find confidence as a person as well as a parent.
Glad to have you here. I’m Emma Svanberg, an award-winning Clinical Psychologist and writer, working with parents, parents-to-be and professionals. Throughout your pregnancy, birth or parenting journey, I can offer in person and online support, you’re welcome to join one of my communities or have a look at a course. I also offer bespoke advice, teaching and training to professionals, write and campaign on issues related to perinatal mental health and parenting, and speak at events, workshops and panels.
I work with a collective of other highly experienced psychologists to provide a whole-family, evidence-based service to you as a parent, a professional or a collaborator.
